Shipping Policy

We use an approved and reputable courier company (SWIFT CARGO) who delivers to most destination around the world. All shipment and courier deliveries are insured in-transit, offering you additional peace of mind. You will be liable for import duties and taxes.

HOW WE SHIP & DELIVER

  • Flat-packed Artwork
    The artwork is bubble-wrapped and packed into a sealed cardboard box. This option offers good protection of your artwork while in-transit.

  • Artwork rolled in a tube
    The artwork is rolled up in a sturdy and protective cardboard tube. This is safe and cost-effective means of packaging. 
    IMPORTANT: Rolled canvas artworks will need to be re-stretched at your local framer.​

WHAT WE WILL NEED

  • Your physical delivery address

  • Your telephone number 

  • Your email address - for the couriers to liaise directly with you throughout the shipping process.

Insurance & Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your art purchase, we offer you peace of mind with our 10-day Full Money Back Return Policy (for online purchases only).

 

You could receive a full refund, provided that:

1. YOU NOTIFY US WITH 10 DAYS

  • You must notify us within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item/s that you wish to return them.

2. THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNDAMAGED

  • The items will then need to be returned to us in good order (undamaged).

3. YOU PAY TRANSPORT COSTS

  • You are liable for transportation cost of item back to us.

4. REFUND ONLY AFTER ITEM IS RECEIVED & CHECKED

  • Once we have received and checked the returned item/s and confirmed all is in good order, we will process your refund within 14 days.
